Public pages and private records
The homepage, feature pages and guides are public. Your account’s shifts, invoices, expense records and uploaded receipt files require a verified sign-in. Requests for records and files are checked against the account that owns them.
What you can save
Your workspace can contain profile and professional details, business and invoice contact details, payment instructions, workplace information, shifts and rates, invoice history, mileage, expenses and attached documents. You choose what to enter and upload.
A private travel address is kept separately from your business or invoice address. Check the sender details in an invoice preview before sharing the PDF. LocumFolio is for work administration; it is not designed to hold patient or clinical records.
Sign-in and cloud storage
Firebase Authentication handles Google, Apple and email sign-in. It provides the account identity used to open your records. The website and account data use OpenAI Sites hosting with Cloudflare database and file storage. When you sync, records and original uploaded files are sent to that cloud service.
Your browser uses sign-in and session storage to keep your account available. Signing out closes access to the workspace on that browser. Public marketing pages do not contain your saved account information.
Address and travel tools
Address suggestions and route estimates use external lookup services. The address, postcode or locations you search for may be sent to those services to return suggestions or an estimate. These tools include OpenStreetMap-based services such as Photon and OSRM. Review an address or route before saving it.
Reviewing and exporting your information
You can view and edit records in the signed-in workspace. Settings includes record and download tools, and reports let you choose a date range. Keep an exported copy when you need an independent backup. Deleting an expense or shift changes the cloud records after a successful save or sync; existing invoices can restrict shift removal.
Use the same original sign-in method on each device. If you cannot access your account, use the relevant provider’s account recovery or the email password-reset option on the sign-in page.
Files you download or share
A downloaded invoice, export or receipt is a separate file. Its privacy depends on where you store it and who you share it with. Check that it contains only the details you intend to send.
